The staple of any strongman gym starts with Farmers walks! Excellent for building work capacity, traps, upper back and grip strength.

Vertical posts keep your weight plates off the ground.

Wood posts protects your garage or driveway from being gouged and chipped like traditional steel farmers walk handles.

Great introduction to a classic Strongman event for those on a budget without sacrificing quality.

What we deliver: 1 set of all steel components (1 pair of center bracket w/handles, 4 end brackets w/weight posts), and installation hardware (carriage bolts, nuts, washers).

What you need: 4"x4" lumber approx. 6' or more in length, 1/2" drill bit and drill, hammer and wrenches.

Note: we recommend an 8', 4"x4" piece of lumber for assembly. Feel free to use whatever size you wish according to the amount of storage space.

Assembly: For best results, a drill press is recommended for accuracy. Carriage bolts provided are 3/8" diameter so a 1/2" drill bit is recommended to give you a little leeway. Carriage bolts should all go through the square side of the steel components. When lifting the handles the heads of the carriage bolts should face inside so the bolts don't scratch your legs during use.
