PROTECH Super Vapor Barrier/Acoustics Plus Underlayment is a premium-grade, cross-linked polypropylene foam underlayment featuring a self-sealing lip and tape system. It’s an ideal solution for all floor installations—including laminate, bamboo, vinyl tile & plank, SPC/EVP/Rigid Core, WPC, engineered wood, and solid hardwood—where underlayment is recommended. Suitable for both residential and commercial use.

• Superior Vapor Barrier: Unlike most underlayments with a 0–0.8 mil barrier, this product features a 2.4 mil thick barrier for unmatched moisture protection—the thickest and strongest in its class.

• Advanced Foam Structure: Engineered with minimal air in the cells and more material per cell wall, this underlayment offers greater durability and cushioning with an overall thickness of 3 mm (1/8")—compared to typical 1–2 mm products.
